Established in 1999 by operations manager Tim Welsh as he saw the need for a secure document shredding company in the Manning Region as Valley Industries needed this service, so he created it.  “We had a lot of sensitive documents that we had to destroy, apart from our tax records that need to be destroyed there were case notes and records, so we started our secure shredding business. 8 Years on we are expanding our service while creating work for the people of Valley industries. We now have formed a partnership the giant recycling company “Visy Recycling”, that sees our paper collected and recycled into useable products, all environmentally friendly.
2007 sees the business expanding to providing 2 new services to the Manning Valley, Archive Collection and the Imaging of documents for easy storage on disk. “We already provide recycling bin service from Gloucester to Kempsey on a weekly basis but as the tax laws require the  keeping of documents, many businesses have kept archive boxes longer than necessary  so are a having a lot of end of year clean outs, while many are now wanting their archives stored on disk. This is where our new imaging service is proving popular as it saves space and money, no need to rent storage.” Said Tim Welsh.
 It is our understanding that Taxation Department laws are satisfied, where paper records are imaged and stored electronically if the records are not altered or manipulated once stored.
