Employment

Valley Industries employs full-time, part-time and casual employees as well as utilising the services of volunteers.

We ask all potential employees and volunteers to complete an official Employment Application Form. This form can be downloaded from the section below.

Applicants with a disability will be invited to an interview and will be given a tour of our facilities upon receipt of their application.

To enable Valley Industries to employ people in any capacity within its organisation, or to utilise the services of volunteers, it is a requirement that a Confidentiality Agreement is signed and a Criminal Records check is conducted before commencement with the organisation.

All applications for staff positions are kept on file for approximately six months. Selected candidates are invited to attend regular information and orientation days to enable them to gain an insight into the operation of our services and businesses. Following these days successful applicants will be given an interview.

Any staff positions of over 25 hours per week are advertised through the local media as well as on this web site.
