Initial Appointments

  • Please phone, fax or email your referral in the information provided in the “Contact Us” tab.
  • Please bring your referral letter to your initial appointment if you have been referred by your treating doctor.
  • Aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to your initial appointment to allow time to complete your Intake and Confidentiality Forms.

Urgent Appointments

  • For Crisis Mental Health issues requiring immediate response please liaise with your referring doctor or contact the Mental Health Access Line 1800636825.
  • For other urgent matters please ask to speak with the Practice Co-Ordinator.

Home Visits and School/Preschool Visits

  • May be available by prior arrangement. An additional fee is charged for Home Visits and a higher Medicare rebate will apply in some cases.
  • Travel Fee may apply.

 Cancelling and Rescheduling Appointments

  • Please give as much notice as possible if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  • A cancellation fee may apply if there is less than 24 hours notice.

Telephone Calls

  • For calls to your Therapist please provide the Reception staff as much information as possible so they can make an informed decision as to whether they are able to assist you or whether to refer on to your Therapist.
  • Routine calls will usually be returned at the end of the consulting session or by the end of the day.


  • Payment for your appointment is required at the time of the consultation.
  • If the Fee is covered by a Third Party agreement for payment must be confirmed prior to your appointment.
  • Charges may be levied for non-attendance or late cancellation.
  • Payment may be made by Cash, Eftpos, or Credit Card.


  • At the time of booking your appointment ask reception for fee details. The fee for some consultations may vary on the complexity/time taken for different services.


  • Off street parking available.


If you have any suggestions or complaints about the service provided we would appreciate hearing from you. Please feel free to speak to any of our Doctors, Therapists, Practice Co-Ordinator. If you have any concerns. We believe problems are best dealt with personally.

However, if you feel there is a problem that is not being addressed adequately, and you wish to take further action, you may prefer to contact the Health Care Complaints Commission, Locked Bag 18, Strawberry Hills, NSW 2012 PH 9219 7444, or obtain a complaints form from one of our staff.


Intalink Therapy Solutions is governed by the Privacy Act of 2001. The information you provide to us is strictly confidential and used only for administrative purposes, billing purposes, and the purpose of client care and teaching within the practice. All staff are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement on employment. The only time your information may be disclosed to others involved in your health care, for example, Treating Doctors and Specialists, so as not to compromise the quality of health care and treatment given to you. Under no circumstances is your information disclosed for any other purpose other than those set out without consent.
